Welcome to Truepoint Capital!

Were pleased to introduce our new website. The redesign addresses the online preferences of our clients' as gathered from our independent survey. Our goal is to make TruepointCapital.com a convenient and useful portal by providing updated, relevant content on a regular basis and by centralizing access to client account information.

We Aim to Please
We believe that our desire to constantly evolve in order to meet the needs of our clientele is what sets Truepoint Capital apart from its competitors. Truepoint Capital initiated a formal client satisfaction survey with Wm. Law and Associates in January 2005. Responses from our client group have provided us with valuable feedback. We are proud to report that overall client satisfaction exceeds industry norms and registers a 96% score!

We Follow Through
We believe that a successful client relationship begins with a clear understanding of mutual expectations. In general, clients' expect us to: a) always act in their best interest, b) be proactive in helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives, and c) deliver long-term investment performance which exceeds the benchmarks. High client satisfaction scores are realized when these expectations are consistently met.

Our Clients are the Key to Our Success
High client satisfaction translates into high refer-ability. Clients surveyed over the past twelve months have unanimously indicated a willingness to refer their friends and associates to Truepoint Capital. This is evidenced in Truepoint's organic growth - nearly 70% of new client relationships are a result of referrals by existing clients' and other professionals. We are extremely proud of these results as 'willingness to refer' is widely viewed as the most accurate indicator of the relative health of client-advisor relationships.

While we are certainly pleased with such strong client loyalty and satisfaction, we continuously strive to further enhance our relationship with clients' . As we introduce and continue to develop our new website, we welcome any feedback or suggestions you may have.
